Youth Council (DCPC)

Youth Council’s mission is to cultivate young leaders from diverse backgrounds through involvement in community projects and city government. Students in the 9th and 10th grades in the Deer Creek Promise Community service area can apply for this program. Youth Council develops students into strong advocates for themselves and their communities, while illuminating pathways to post-secondary success and financial literacy.
