Working uninsured have a low-cost option for their primary care. Through partnerships with local clinics in four counties (Humphreys, Leflore, Sunflower, and Washington), Delta Health Alliance is providing affordable primary care for workers and small businesses in a patient-centered medical home setting through DHA’s 21st Century Primary Care Model for Chronic Disease project.
