CATCH PE

Offered through DHA’s Deer Creek and Leflore Promise Communities, Coordinated Approach to Child Health (CATCH) PE establishes the importance of healthy lifestyles in kids early in life. The program increases the amount of moderate-to-vigorous activity children receive during the school day and provides nutritional lessons to encourage healthy eating. DHA teachers engaging PE curriculum to instructors in partner schools and provides free PE equipment to assist in implementing the activities. DHA staff supports PE coaches throughout the year to make sure coaches have the resources and tools they need to successfully implement the program. Students are encouraged to obtain 60 minutes of physical activity per day.

How to Enroll:

All students at partner school locations receive C.A.T.C.H. PE lessons.
