
Delta Futures is a teen pregnancy prevention program in rural, high need communities in the Mississippi Delta. The program implements four evidence-based programs in middle and high schools and within community and clinical settings. Delta Futures long term goals are to reduce teen pregnancy and sexually transmitted infection rates and increase and improve health care linkages for youth. Participants learn about pregnancy prevention, STIs, health and quality of life repercussions of teen pregnancy, and more.
How to Enroll:
Community Health Liaisons recruit students in participating school districts and through youth serving organizations. Parents must enroll their student and provide consent.
