Delta Resource & Referral Centers
DHA’s Delta Resource & Referral Centers provide early childhood education resources to families and community members, while also offering referrals to families in need of other services from DHA or our community partners. Each site includes a lending library which gives families, childcare providers, and early educators easy access to books, toys, puppets, and more. Resource & Referral Centers also includes training services for teachers to receive credit for Continuing Education Units. By increasing access to educational resources, DHA’s Resource & Referral Centers aim to support children’s learning and development and foster better community outcomes.
Operating Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8am to 5pm
Tuesday: 8am to 7pm
Every 1st and 3rd Saturday: 9am to 12pm
Delta Resource & Referral Centers are supported by the Mississippi LIFT Resource & Referral Network, a program of the Mississippi Department of Human Services.

- On-site technical assistance for directors and classroom teachers
- Support for local emergency preparedness and disaster recovery efforts at the request of MDHS
