One-Stop-Shop (OSS) is a centralized resource and referral center for the Leflore Promise Community. OSS connects families and children in need of services to available local, state and federal resources with one-on-one guidance from the Social Services Staff.
How To Enroll:
Participants may be referred from internal or external programs, the Social Service Collaboration, community members, or self-referred. An advocate will administer the intake/enrollment and consent forms. Next an assessment and service plan will be developed for continuity of services according to participants needs.
